Bobby and I visited Tweyambe Community Scheme recently.  The group began meeting originally as a small group from a church in Jinja. As time passed the group evolved into a community savings program and an accountability platform. More recently the group has extended loans beyond their group to individuals in their community that need it most. We’ve truly loved our time with Tweyambe (which means, ‘we help ourselves’ in Luganda) as they continue to find ways of serving the people of Bukaya.
